2008 SECTION S4S CONFERENCE - APRIL 11-13, 2008 The Section Conference was great. Osceola Lodge and Southwest Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America would like to invite all of our Arrowmen brothers to Camp Flying Eagle and the 2008 S-4S Section Conference. This year's conference will be held on April 11, 12 & 13 in Bradenton, Florida, along the banks of the Manatee River at one of our nation's oldest Scout camps, Camp Flying Eagle. CFE was founded in 1929 and consists of almost 200 acres of beautiful, tree-filled Florida camp grounds. It is conveniently located near the major intersection of Interstate 75 and Florida State Road 64. This year's conference will feature the usual complement of Shows, Scout and Arrowmen seminars, Native American village and displays, as well as evaluations for ceremonial teams and dancers. In addition, there will be displays by the Florida National Guard, US Army, United States Coast Guard, US Air Force, Manatee County Sheriff's Office K-9 unit & The Southern Manatee Fire and Rescue. The Host Lodge and Section have a lot planned for us and are looking forward to extend to all our brothers the spirit that “A Cheerful Heart is Lively”!
